Richard J. Diviney is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law in New York City. His father practiced law in Queens, New York for many years. Richard joined our law Firm in 1968. His law practice spans a wide variety of fields including real estate, probate matters, banking, commercial law and civil litigation. He has taught Paralegal Studies at Fairfield University, was a member of the Connecticut Commission on Court Unification and President of the Fairfield County Bar Association in 1974. A licensed pilot since 1969, he has flown in many general aviation planes throughout the United States.
